The Meek family are pretty special. Not only are Kerry, Tim, Amy and Ella Ordnance Survey GetOutside Champions, TEDx speakers and all-round family adventure inspirations, but they're jolly good people, too.
In 2017 they decided to take on a 2017 mile triathlon, which included a little swim. So Emms and I decided to join them.
Here's what happened.
