Winter is traditionally a time for wisdom: for stopping and taking stock, for getting ready for the light to come back. This week is going to take winter as an opportunity to stoke up the fire of life. It will be a journey into the mastery of creating and making opportunities, exploring balance, purpose, perspective, and an attitude that will propel you into an even more impactful, mindful life.

What to expect:
SayYesMore and the Way of Nature make a pretty awesome combination. Here, Andres and Dave will guide you through a week of micro-adventures, workshops, soulful conversations, big fires, delicious hot meals and a special winter ‘solo’ in the wild.
This trip really will be unique. Building on the wonder of Iceland, a sensational location looking out to sea, and the spectacular Northern Lights, here Dave and Andres have planned a programme of walks, talks, and fireside conversations all about the power of possibility. It will be a journey through which to really explore what dreams, adventures, thresholds and more are all about - and to inspire each other to make amazing things possible in life. We think it will be truly unforgettable.

SCHEDULE
The second Winter Quest will take place in early November 2017. The programme begins in the Icelandic capital of Reykjavik and lasts a full six days and nights. We will spend 5 nights on the coast of eastern Iceland based in a cosy waterside research cabin, soaking up the raw beauty of Iceland's winter and enjoying the magical Northern Lights.

ANDRES ROBERTS
Andres is a guide, mentor and advisor dedicated to new kinds of progress, fit for a positive future for all. His work combines renewed ideas about leadership and development, reconnection to nature, and the wisdom of ancient cultures to help a deeper kind of change happen for people and organisations. Andres is also a Founding Partner of The Bio-Leadership Project and co-founder of Way of Nature UK.
DAVE CORNTHWAITE
Dave has blazed his own trail since leaving his last job in 2005. As an adventurer, filmmaker, author, community builder and speaker one message has resonated: if I can do this, then so can you, and this is how. Dave has led dozens of expedition retreats and hundreds of workshops designed to develop self confidence, positive mindset and the power to choose positive over negative, even when life throws an unexpected curveball.
WHAT YOU NEED:
The main thing is to be ready to say yes. This journey will take us to different edges of thinking and feeling and give you a jumpstart in planning the next stage of your life. We will be outside a lot, or in a simple cabin. We’ll strip back to be wild, but the emphasis will also be on being able to take care of ourselves and each other. It will get cold and blustery and wet sometimes, but that is what winter is about, and it will be so warm inside you'll always have a cosy fire nearby, or the anticipation of one to keep you going.
Our days will be varied, but expect a week amongst friends in a mind-blowingly beautiful location, with two group leaders with over 20 years of shared experience and wisdom.
COST
£1750.00 - Prices include all food except for the first night in Reykjavik and one midweek night 'on the town' in a sleepy Icelandic village near our basecamp on the east coast. Also included is full programme facilitation and coordination, six nights accommodation including board in Reykjavik for the first night of the programme, internal flights within Iceland and certain specialist items of gear. The only thing you need to add on top is flights into Reykjavik, travel insurance and perhaps a warm layer or two.
